During this training, you’ll learn to practice and lead the the advanced class. This includes 84 Hatha Yoga postures including the more technical Asana - With a focus on Arm balancing and Hip openers. You will also be exploring more in leadership and advancing your Yogic philosophy. This training will be led in-person by Rebeckh Burns International Yoga Alliance Master Yoga Teacher and other HIYOGA teachers. Participants will leave the training ready to practice and lead fun, challenging, and therapeutic Advanced Hatha Yoga classes. The Advanced Yoga training you will receive the 500-hour Advanced Yoga Teaching Certification from International Yoga Alliance.
NOTE: The prerequisite Advanced 84 Asanas Training, is a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training.
The 84 Advanced class is a 90-minute class practiced in a slightly heated room that uses the foundation of Hot yoga to introduce new postures and develop additional yoga skills. It is a class that focus on teaching posture technique. It is a stepping stone to prepare people to practice and teach the 84 Asanas sequence.

This is a 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training - Which will give you the opportunity to become a 500 hour Yoga teacher giving you the accreditation to be an International Yoga Alliance certified lead teacher and run your own 200 hour trainings.
Practicum at HIYOGA - 24 classes taught and lead at a HIYOGA studio or online.

Attendance of Advanced classes either virtually or in studio
Students must be interested and willing to expand upon the foundation created by practicing 26&2 hot yoga. No advanced physical skills are required.
Travel info
Please arrive and depart from the Auckland International Airport (AKL)
Arrive no later than Feb 17th. We recommend arriving a couple days early to acclimate and be ready for the first day of training
Depart no earlier than Feb 28th. If you depart on Feb 28th, you could miss classes or lectures that are mandatory for completion of this course
